Damages and issues
Claims for damages and exchanges must be communicated with us within 7 days of receipt of goods, otherwise claims will not be processed.
Returns & Refunds
To return or exchange a product purchased online, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and send items back within 15 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you wish to request a cancellation after your online purchase, please do so within 1 hour of purchase. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
